没眼看

话说15/1/2012在麦当劳 Taman Equine 打包到一个很明显掉过在地上 (或不知道什么地方的) filet’o fish (面包上沾满砂石)
就当下立刻把事件 feedback 给它们的 customer service team

同一天的迟些时候
我也在它们的面子书留言+照片反应我的不满

面子书的管理员当天只回覆了一次说
“Food quality is a priority at McDonald’s and we take this feedback very seriously. We are very sorry to hear of your experience, and hope you could share this feedback with the customer service team at http://www.mcdonalds.com.my/contact.asp, whom we’ve already given the heads up to on your post. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so action can be taken to rectify this.”

之后就不再出现过了!

事件发生两个星期之后
不但没有收到任何一方的任何回覆/解释
它们竟然把我在面子书的留言删掉当任何事都没发生过酱!!!
(什么态度?)

还可以去哪里投诉啊????
